Therapist and interdisciplinary artist from Auroville, the international township in India founded on the principles of human unity and integral education. Immersed from an early age in a multicultural milieu of Eastern and Western contemplative traditions, I developed a lifelong commitment to exploring the human condition through artistic and therapeutic inquiry. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Arts & Social Sciences and a Master’s degree with Honours in Art Therapy & Psychology. My training spans clinical, humanistic, and expressive modalities, with a sustained interest in the spiritual dimension of human existence. As an artist, my work has been presented across Europe in collaboration with internationally acclaimed galleries and cultural institutions. Clinically, I have worked in psychiatric institutions and

correctional facilities, and I maintain a private practice with individuals and groups exploring existential questions related to identity, grief, and psycho-spiritual transformation. At the heart of my commitment is a quest to help reclaim balance, joy, and light within the difficulties that more often than not characterize our lives.

THERAPY
work as a therapist

My therapeutic practice is organized around two areas of work. With individuals, I offer talk therapy complemented by carefully prescribed creative acts designed in direct response to the client’s specific situation. In addition, I conduct regular seminars and workshops, held in India and Europe. Together these modes produce an integrative therapeutic approach that weaves dialogue, active imagination, and creative transformation.
ART
work as an artist
I have a decade spanning career as an artist behind me, having exhibited across Europe in esteemed institutions before my work in therapy. Having developped a unique technique of painting with wine and creating works that mature over time has led me to residencies & solo shows throughout the continent. My clientele has included the Bordeaux Chamber of Commerce, renowned estates such as Chateau Bernard Magrez, and luxury cruise companies.

SOCIAL WORK
social work in india & italy

I have partaken in a variety of group therapy projects, including at the Bollate Penitentiary in Milan, Italy with inmates serving life sentences. The program applied structured creative processes to support reflection, emotional regulation, and engagement within the correctional environment. I have also facilitated arts-based programs for youth in Auroville that drew on developmental psychology, expressive arts therapy, experiential learning and play-based meditation.

AUROVILLE
where I live & what I live for
Auroville, the international township in South India, was founded in 1968 as a living laboratory for human unity and integral yoga. Auroville is one of India’s most successful community-driven reforestation projects and home to people from nearly 70 nationalities. The city wants to become a bridge between the past and the future through shared inquiry in all domains: creative, scientific, social and spiritual. Its roots are found in the yoga of mystic Sri Aurobindo and his spiritual collaborator Mirra Alfassa. At the heart Auroville stands the Matrimandir, a space for silent concentration. A reminder that inner work is inseparable from the external practices of building community, vocation, and culture. Auroville believes that transformation begins within, and this inward orientation can inform social, educational, and ecological innovation.
